Myra Kruzer, LSW
Licensed Social Worker
I have spent decades working with individuals, families, couples, and people of all ages and backgrounds. As the eldest child of parents and extended family, who endured wartime hardships and resettlement in the United States, I empathize with the struggles of cultural adaptation, language barriers, and familial trauma.
From a young age, I felt compelled to support others in distress, honing skills crucial for therapeutic settings such as being emotionally attuned, curious to understand, and feeling empathy, plus being solution seeking, with value of inclusion and honoring of people and their journey.
I am here to help navigate life's obstacles with greater resilience and confidence. Whether you're facing depression, substance abuse, anxiety, grief, or relationship challenges, I have multiple and varied treatment approaches. If you are ready to pause and reflect, to clarify and to renew, I can assist with that. Reach out today and we can work together to help you thrive and be the best, happiest version of you! Our work is to locate and release the heart and soul version of you, which likely is tucked, hidden, or buried inside.
